Victor Gray is the Owner and President of UPIC with over 15 years in the insurance industry. He formerly owned four Allstate agencies before partnering with James Blevins to form UPIC, an independent insurance agency. Victor oversees the personal lines, farm and benefits insurance divisions at UPIC.
Victor and his wife, Tiffany, are always busy with their 5 children and all their activities like football, basketball, and barrel racing as his daughters share the same passion for horses as him. Victor is also active in the community and volunteer coaches’ basketball and football. Victor and Tiffany love live music and frequently attend concerts.
